Natural Weight Loss: I’d have to say the top benefit of functional nutritional counseling would be just the natural weight loss when necessary and in the appropriate areas of our body without having to do traditional dieting or yo-yo dieting, in other words, shifting from one diet trend to the next. That’s one of the top benefits that I see when we use functional nutritional counseling with our patients, both young and old.
Increased Energy: Another benefit, probably of the top three, number two would be increased energy. When you can provide your body the right nutrients and minerals, the macrominerals, the macronutrients, it fuels your cells.
